Happy Halloween

We missed having our friends and family being able to celebrate Halloween with us, but we still had a blast! Thank you to all those that sent treats to help us celebrate this fun day at school! Happy Halloween – have a safe weekend!

Monthly Celebration

We celebrated good choices this month by making a special treat – haunted houses! We used graham crackers, icing, mini marshmallows, candy corn, and candy pumpkins. Yummy!

New Book

Our teacher got us a brand new book! We were so excited! And better yet, there is a movie coming out soon to go along with our new book!

Handwriting

We got this! Start at the plane line, make a c, and close it up. It’s amazing how one letter helps us write so many others!

Munchin’ on M/m’s

We all know Cookie Monster loves cookies! So what better way to practice identifying letter M/m’s then by feeding them to Cookie Monster and saying /m/.

Writing Number 3

Around a tree, around a tree, that’s the way to make a 3!

Handwriting Lowercase h

Working on writing lowercase h means practicing on our whiteboards with a dry erase marker first.

Dunkin’ Dominoes

We can’t play games with friends right now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun! We practiced our counting skills by playing Dunkn’ Dominoes! We count the total number of dots on each domino and “dunk” it in the cup with the matching number. The class loved it!
