Working on writing lowercase h means practicing on our whiteboards with a dry erase marker first.

We can’t play games with friends right now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun! We practiced our counting skills by playing Dunkn’ Dominoes! We count the total number of dots on each domino and “dunk” it in the cup with the matching number. The class loved it!

What do you do during a pandemic and free time in the classroom – you build a puzzle! This kindergartener worked and worked at getting his puzzle done and finally did! He can’t wait to try it again!

This little guy was so proud of his lowercase d writing that we had to snap a picture! He started the year getting really frustrated because writing letters didn’t come as easily and as quickly as he would like, but with practice and a new attitude of being willing to try, he now knows he can do anything! Keep it up buddy!
